Yes. Most of our members started exactly where you are. Every session is scaled to your level and your coach progresses you at the right pace. You won't be thrown into the deep end. You'll be guided in, step by step.
Our minimum is one month with the non-contract option. We also offer 6 and 12 month options for those who want to commit to real change and save while doing it.
Good. You're exactly who we're built for. Our coaches specialise in programming around injuries and limitations. We work with your physio, your GP, whoever you need. Strength training done properly doesn't aggravate injuries. It fixes them.
At a regular gym, you pay for access to equipment and figure the rest out yourself. At Catalyst, you pay for coaching, programming, accountability, and a team who tracks your progress. The equipment is just the tool. The coaching is the difference.
Most of our members started with little to no training experience. You won't be the odd one out. You'll be surrounded by people who felt the same way you do right now, and made the decision to do something about it. Every session is scaled to your level.
No. Casual visits don't build strength. Consistency does. Our memberships are designed for people who are ready to commit to real progress, not a one-off workout.
We cover transaction fees, though our payment provider charges $9.79 per failed payment. We'll notify you and retry the next day. Access is paused until outstanding fees are resolved.
