Catalyst is a coaching-focused facility. Strength, pilates, and small group sessions sit on one floor under one coaching philosophy, because that is the work that actually moves people forward. Coaches programme the sessions, run them, and know the people in them. Equipment, schedule, even the way the floor is set up, all of it exists to make that coaching better.

JJ leads Catalyst and the fitness and coaching side. Programming, mentoring the team, running the floor. He still coaches PT clients five days a week.
He believes the best training is the kind you can keep doing for thirty years, not thirty days. Heavy enough to matter. Smart enough to come back to. Coached for the body you've actually got, not the one a programme assumes.
Siobhan is co-founder and General Manager of Catalyst, and a coach with a specialty in pre and postnatal training. She runs the operations and member experience side of the gym, and coaches the clients she has built her work around.
Her coaching is for women whose lives have changed faster than their training has. Pregnancy, postnatal, and the years that follow. The work is sustainable, motivation led, and aimed at clients actually enjoying the process of getting strong again.
