Yes. Most Catalyst members started exactly where you are. Coached small group sessions are scaled to your level and our team is on the floor to guide you in. You will not be thrown into the deep end. You will be welcomed in, step by step.
Is there a minimum commitment period for Catalyst membership?

The minimum is one month with the no-contract option. We also offer 6 and 12 month memberships for members ready to commit to real change and save while doing it.
What if I have injuries or health conditions?

Good. You are exactly who Catalyst membership is built for. Our coaches specialise in programming around injuries and limitations, and we work with your physio or GP. Strength training done properly does not aggravate injuries. It fixes them.
How is Catalyst different from a regular gym membership in Randwick?

Can I try Catalyst membership before joining?

Yes. The 7 Day Trial, also called the 7-Day Member Experience, is a paid trial that gives you full Collective membership access for a week. Coached small group sessions, Pilates classes, open gym, and a coach who reviews your strength and mobility goals before day one. The 7 Day Trial is the cleanest way to try the full Collective membership before joining.
