Train with purpose. Perform for life.
Most gyms sell access and leave you to it. Catalyst coaches the progression. Personal training, small group sessions, pilates, and a capped gym floor that makes every session count.
Your goal. Our method. Four ways to train for it.
Four ways to train at one Randwick gym, all run by the same coaching team. Start where you are, and change it when your goal changes.

Personal Training
One to one coaching
A coach who writes your programme, watches every rep of it, and changes it the week your life does. They know what you lifted last session and which shoulder plays up.
Best forPeople who want a coach, a plan, and a deadline.

Small Group Training
Group sessions

Self Directed
Open gym
If you already know what you are doing, train solo. The difference: there is always a Catalyst coach on the floor. Spot a lift, fix a setup, answer a question.
Best forTrained lifters who want the environment, not the programme.

Answer four quick questions. We come back with the membership, the format and the starting point that fit your goals and your week.
More than a membership. A coaching team that knows you.
The best kitted out facility in the Eastern Suburbs, with the equipment you need to get serious results, and a team on the floor to make sure you use it well.
A coach on the floor. Every session.
Not behind a desk. Not on a phone. Cueing the squat that is drifting forward, telling you to add a set, calling the rep that does not count. You stop being a card swipe and start being someone the team actually knows.
Sessions with a point of view.
Small group sessions, personal training hours and every pilates class are coached and programmed, built on work the team has already done. Load, tempo, progression, recovery. Nothing scribbled on a whiteboard the morning of.
Want the full system? That is Signature.
Signature is for members who want a programme written for them, reviewed every week, and a coach on call when life gets in the way. Everyone else gets the coaching, the kit and the gym. Signature adds the plan, the reviews and a direct line to their coach.
Built so you can train. Not just turn up.
Most studios sell access and hope nobody notices the queue. We cap memberships on purpose, so the rack is free when you want it, a coach is on the floor when you need one, and the session you booked starts on time. Three blocks from Randwick Junction, open seven days.
Heard yourself say one of these?

Angela · Age 70
Angela returned to strength for life.
Training three times a week, Angela has built strength, bone density and the confidence that holds up everyday life. At 70 she still does what she enjoys, lifts what she needs to, and stays independent on her own terms.

Ariella · Eight months pregnant
Ariella trained confidently through pregnancy.
Eight months pregnant and still training safely, with one to one coaching built around every stage of the journey. The plan adapted as she did, week by week, without ever telling her to stop.

Daniel · Member
Daniel found the most supportive gym.
"The most supportive gym I have ever joined. The coaches genuinely care and make every session feel personal." A real coaching relationship, a team that knows him, and a plan that keeps moving forward.
The questions people ask before they join.
Do I have to commit to a full membership to start?+
No. Most members start with a consult and a walk through before deciding anything. Nobody is putting a clipboard in your face. We would rather you made the call in your own time.
What is the difference between open gym, small group and personal training?+
Open gym is flexible access to the floor so you can train on your own, on your own time. Small group is coached sessions capped at twelve, programmed week to week. Personal training is one to one. You can move between formats whenever your week or your goals shift.
I am coming back from an injury. Is this for me?+
Especially for you. Our coaches routinely programme around niggles and work around old injuries rather than ignoring them. Tell us everything on the consult call and we build the plan from there.
What does membership actually cost?+
We walk you through the tiers on the consult call. Pricing depends on the format mix you want and the length of the commitment. We are not the cheapest studio in the postcode. We are, by a wide margin, the most attentive.
