pre workout nutrition reccomendations

We recommend a light carbohydrate snack such as a banana, rice thins and peanut butter before your session.

intra workout nutrition

Bring a water bottle with you, you’ll be able to refill it at our bubbler station.

post workout nutrition

No one wants to get sweaty after a workout so bring clothes to shower.

sweat towel usage

We provide you with the sweat towels needed for this class. Simply collect from reception.
