A comfortable set of workout clothes will make your workout easier.

We recommend a light carbohydrate snack such as a banana, rice thins and peanut butter before your session.
intra workout nutrition
Bring a water bottle with you, you’ll be able to refill it at our bubbler station.
post workout nutrition
No one wants to get sweaty after a workout so bring clothes to shower.

For members, we provide you with a sweat towel. If you prefer to bring your own, please do so.
